The Scholarship

The Hurliman Scholarship Foundation is a charitable organization established to assist students in Fremont, Custer or Pueblo counties in Colorado. The Foundation will award at least two four-year college scholarships (up to $25,000/year) and may also award a number of one-year scholarships to outstanding high school seniors. The four-year awards will cover tuition, room and board and book allowance. Four-year scholarship winners are subject to an annual review of their progress and performance at the selected college or university. The scholarship is non-transferable to another institution.

The chosen students must demonstrate superior scholastic ability and strength of character. The students may attend any U.S. accredited college or university and will not be restricted in the fields of study they want to pursue.
